Work in progress. I don't own a 3D printer yet so who knows if this will work, but this time with bigger gears. Shaft and motor tolerances still unproven.
Since the gears on the first Hobby Gearbox are probably too small to print well, I redesigned it with bigger gears. This required that I switch to a different motor (Gear Motor 10/15/20 RPM 6V). The design keeps the box profile and the output shaft diameter and location the same. So it is a drop in replacement for the earlier design.

Designed in Fusion 360. Gears made with Fusion's built in spur gear generator script. The gear box is intended to power my original orrery design, but is designed to be a generic module.
