In order to finish this you will need 4 x skater bearings (22mm OD, 8mm ID, 7mm thick) 6 x rods 8mm by 10mm 2 x rods 8mm by 150mm

I have added the part needed to create a Cardan joint it s fastened together with an m4 nut and bolt
