This is a simple door holder with the name Hodor on it. Designed with tinkercad and you can edit it according to your needs from the bellow link.

As this is a object which needs to be hard, better to print with some good ABS or with some Composite Filament for better results! PLA is also good but may not be much durable.
Use a Hardened Steel Nozzle if you are using Composite Filament. Normal Nozzles may wear off easily.
Tip:
With a E3D V6 hot end on any compatible printer, you can get a better print quality compared to stock hot end.
