Hogwarts Bell Tower

I am using this at-home time to make progress on my Hogwarts build. Have been gone for awhile.

I am working on the Bell Towers. The bases have been made from plaster Linka pieces. These are the parts that soar above the roof. Too intricate and delicate for Linka/plaster. :)

Level 2 are outlines that I then glued to the stone Linka pieces.

I used skirts to make sure they lie flat to the bed with no warping.

WOW! Got the "top" level done, then took a break before conquering the spired roof. Whew! They fit together with *just* enough wiggle room!!! I am very pleased wth the way these have turned out. Can't wait to put it all together and show y'all 5/17/2020

I added pieces of styrene clapboard to the spire's windows. First layer of paint is on! 5/18/2020
