I created this model to transform my plain string lights into something festive and fun for the holiday season! These lights sit idle all year, so why not give them a dazzling makeover? Here’s the backstory: Since Halloween, I’ve been searching for a model like this. I reached out to makers on MakerWorld, explored Reddit, and even received offers from designers—though their prices were sky-high. After coming up empty-handed on MakerWorld, I decided to take matters into my own hands and started designing in Tinkercad. The holder was crafted using basic shapes, employing simple align and merge commands with solids and holes in Tinkercad.
