This was a 3D scan or a very twitterfamous ceramic dino relative of ThreddyTheTRex. The model is called HoloThreddy inspired by the Microsoft Hololens.
The scan was very rough and during some of the repair and cleaning process the original shapes "mutated" into this varied form :)
Prints easy just ensure the base is flat and or shoved a few mm through the floor.
