I created a home dumbbell stand that supports both 25 mm and 28 mm shafts. Please print the main stand body in PETG. To improve grip and reduce warping of the main body, I also designed an under-cover. The under-cover should be printed in TPU. A 0.6 mm nozzle is recommended for printing. I made two versions of the main stand body, and both showed slight warping, but I believe there is no significant difference in strength between them.The warping will gradually disappear under the weight of the dumbbells.
