Home Theater Wall & Ceiling Mount System

I've designed, printed and used this speaker wall and ceiling mount system in my home. The Problem Let's start with the fact that commercial mount systems are incredibly expensive, considering their simplicity: $25 or more for a few pieces of plastic is definitely overpriced. I have a Yamaha YHT-4960 5.1 surround system, which comes with the NS-P41 speaker set, each weighing between 0.6 Kg and 0.8 Kg. The system provides audio to my home cinema system and I wanted the items to hang out of the walls or from the ceiling. The Solution This design has many characteristics that sometimes even the commercial solutions miss: cables can be fed from behind the mount each speaker can be oriented at will the wall mount has 180 deg horizontal swing and 50 deg vertical swing the ceiling mount has 360 deg horizontal swing and 50 deg vertical swing mount plates have perpendicular slots to adjust for drilling inaccuracies possibility of mounting from the ceiling with a minimal gap permanent position l
