Line up some skulls in meshmixer and turn them with teeth and orbitals upwards and base on the substrate and generate support for all 5 skulls in the same run in meshmixerfree>analysis>overhangs.

If you are artistic, you can hollow them in meshmixer and make hollow eye orbitals, round nose and spinal duct, i can get them hollow using hollow button and then making eyes is kind fiddly.
