(Work In Progress Still Trying to Find The Most Universal Shape) Step One: Put One Side Of String Through Hole On Tool Step Two: Shove The Tool Into One Of The Hoodie String Holes All The Way Step Three: Scrunch The Hood As Much As Possible Onto The Tool and hold the side farthest to the hole on the jacket and pull the other Repeat step 3 until complete
