Hook for Under Coffee Table

What can I say? I have a cat that plays with balls and other rollies that get stuck under the couch and can't be reached. Designed a generic hook to mount a fetch-tool nearby. Can be used for other things too that can utilize 1/2" pvc or other similar gauge.
