Hookup wire manager/dispenser clip

I recently fabricated an under-shelf rack for rolls of hookup wire in my home electronics workshop. The problem with this sort of arrangement is that when the initial winding tension is released, the rolls of wire have a tendency to spontaneously unreel, causing a huge mess.

So, I designed and printed a wire manager/dispenser that keeps the wire from unreeling while simultaneously providing for easy dispensing. The clip fits snugly on a standard 100' roll from Jameco, and provides just a little bit of resistance to keep the roll from freewheeling as wire is dispensed. The dispensing slot is sized for #24 stranded wire with PVC insulation.

I have also provided the STL file for the rod holder, sized to hold a 1" wooden dowel.
