When the 15° side of the HORL is placed flat on the plate’s 15° plane, the plate’s angle creates these knife angles: 15° side mating → 13° knife angle; 20° side mating → 22° knife angle.When the 20° side of the HORL is placed flat on the plate’s 20° plane, the plate’s angle creates these knife angles: 15° side mating → 10° knife angle; 20° side mating → 25° knife angle.Flip up the pin for stable sharpening position on the oposite side of the ple you are using.Sharpen your knife.Pin Setup InstructionsClip each pin onto the hinges as shown in the pictures below.
