Horl strop base/holder

A base for the Horl strop to elevate it, which makes it more accessible for knife movement. The base is 2cm high and elevates the strop net. 1.8cm, which prevents your hand from touching the table while stropping. It allows for both sides of the strop to be used, and fits snug in the cutout so the strop stays in the base.
