The original case of my Hormann HSM4 remote broke, so I designed this 3D-printable replacement shell. It restores full functionality and offers improved durability. To assemble the replacement case:Open the original remote and remove all internal components:PCBBatterySmall transparent LED window Glue or heat-press an M2 threaded insert (max. 6mm long) into the designated slot of the new case. From the top side, insert the PCB.Place the transparent LED plastic into the front panel hole.Insert the buttons into the front housing.Glue the front panel to the main body.Insert the battery in the back compartment.Use an M2x8 screw to close the battery cover. This shell offers a snug fit and full compatibility with original parts.Tip: Print in PETG, ABS or ASA for better durability and resistance to daily wear.
