Speaker enclosure, topology based on the idea of Frugel-Horn mk3 (https://www.frugal-horn.com/FH3.html), crossover-less speaker with full range speaker Alpair 7A.
Printed on CR10S with a 0.6 Nozzle, mostly at layer height of 0.4 with 10% infill.
Speaker mounting holes for Alpair 7A gen3, but the design should passably service other drivers in the same category.
Print all parts, glue together with epoxy, back horn damped with sonofill (pillow stuffing). Adjust down horn dampening as needed, I put some under the speaker mount down to the choke point.
Printed, applied spray filler, sanded down and painted with furniture paint. These sound very nice and look interesting. Because of the horn dispersal being unidirectional, these fill a room rather well, also the bass response blows people away.
You might want to mirror the speaker enclosure elements for the second speaker to get symmetry for the speaker terminal placements.
