Hose Bib Cover

This is a cover for protecting outdoor hose bibs and spickets. The gap between the inner and outer layers is to insert expanding spray-foam for insulation. The notch-out is for a slow drip when in use. A rubber band or string can be used to thread through the center hole around the spicket and held by the hook.

It should fit most outdoor hose bibs.
