Hoselink pole mount adaptor

Adaptor to let a hoselink hose reel sit in a 40mm x 40mm x 1m box / square tube. Top flange is 40mm x 40mm and inner box is 38mm x 38mm.
Although you can buy a pole mount from Hoselink, I thought it was a waste to have one shipped across the country when I could create a simple part to fit an off the shelf square tube from [Hammerbarn](https://blueypedia.fandom.com/wiki/Hammerbarn) / [local big box hardware store](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bunnings_Warehouse).
I've put a fiber washer in between the part and the hose reel to reduce scratching.
