Hot End Insert MK8

Made to fill gap in countersink at top of MK8 hot end. Tube remains full length. Not sure why you would want to split it. Be sure nozzle is tight and end of tube is cut square before inserting tube. There is a nice [miter box](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4159783/) on this site.
Two versions. One without spacer for newer tube fitting without counterbore and one with a space for older fittings with counterbore (requires support), see photo.
