If I had to single out the one factor that as influenced my (dreaded) first layer, it's the height of the bed. All the rest may be important, but, to me, the height has done it all.
As such, I was frustrated with using a screwdriver and wing nuts to get the height dialed in, so I came up with these parts.
The upper part controls the screw and the lower one holds a nut in place. If you can't figure out how they work together, I'll add a video or something.
Since I didn't have any hex head screws, I glued a nut to the the screw at the top.
The bottom part may not fit your printer, so beware and also watch out for the clearance you have between the screw hole and your glass plate.
Now I can even adjust 2 corners simultaneously. Works really well; extremely pleased.
