HotShotII Shock Tower D6

A replacement for the infamous Tamiya HotShotII shock tower, part D6.
This is not a replica but a drop in replacement. The design is true to the original but has been made a bit easier to print.
Before installing make sure to post-process the holes which accept the pivot pins with a 3mm drill bit. The hole has been designed at 3.1mm but due to the tight fit, alignment is only 99.9% not 100. Make sure the D4 part is clean at the top without any parts tree leftovers.
As stated, the fit is tight and you need to click the part on. It could exhibit some minor strain due to the snug fit but this will not lead to functional problems. Since the tolerances are small, the material and printing process used will affect what the part will do exactly when mated with the gear box.

Before fitting the shock it's a good idea to pre-screw the bolt into the top hole a couple of turns to get a bit of hold and easier hole location upon install. Other makers, printing in PETG, have stated that that h
