Housing for mouse trap

Housing for a mouse trap so that birds do not become victims when the trap is in the garden. Its a housing with lid. The lid was necessary to prevent that the mouse enters the trap via the back but also to prevent it from running off with the trap closed around its head.
Sometimes mouses seem to ignore the traps. But now, in october, I had 6 mouses trapped within a week, using 2 traps. The photo shows 2 smaller mice. One trap is positioned below the bird feeder and another close to the water fountain. I use peanut butter as bait. Bycatches are rare, sometimes a snail.

The volume of the housing is 18 x 7 x 6 cm. I print it stand-ing up, making maximal use of the build heigth of the printer. Because it is used outside in rain but also sunshine I recommend PET(G). Use a bright color so you can fin
