Hover Board Stomp Pad

My wife and I co-created 3/5 hover boards from Back to the Future 2. We cosplayed Griff's gang when we had the cast of Back to the Future come to our comic expo. While there were some files out there to help us, we ended up having to design some of our own custom pieces. This is one of them.
I designed 4 holes in the top in order to mount the foot band and one seat at the bottom in order to install a screw and washer to hold the pad in place but allow it to spin freely.
The core of the hover boards was pink FOAMULAR C-200 Extruded Polystyrene Rigid Insulation - 1/2-inch thickness. I found this foam at Home Depot.
