Hovercraft skirt upper ring

I didn't like the upper skirt clips. They were a pain to clean up off the print bed, and I lost and broke many of them before I even wore out the original lightweight plastic bag skirt.

This thing replaces the skirt clips with a two piece retaining ring. I didn't know what kind of screws I was going to use, so I didn't design in any holes. I found short wood/plastic screws, and drilled appropriate holes through both the rings and the upper hull of the original design and screwed it together.

Print all the parts as per the source - jscaylor/https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2700850 except don't bother printing the 75 upper skirt clips.
Print the two upper skirt ring pieces. Rotate them so they are lying flat on the bed. Note there is a slight lip - make sure that is pointing up from your print bed.
