This is a replacement lever for the HP, Agilent and Keysight fixtures, and may even fit other equipment such as LCR meters.
It is a tight press fit over the BNC locking ring from the panel mount side of the connector.
I made this specifically to repair a 16143B fixture for a 4338B milliohm meter.
