I really liked the digit wheels of the original design, but the frame was not to my liking. It's to loose, and I really didn't like the rubber band mounting. So, I made a new frame for this, which is three parts: The actual frame, a bolt, and a nut.
The bolt is a snug fit in the frame, and through the wheels from the original design, and this is intentional. You can wear this down a little by simply rolling the wheels. The bolt also indents into a groove, which means it itself can not rotate, which helps holding the wheels in place. You can adjust the amount of tension by tightening or loosening up the nut, such that the wheels moves more (or less).
Finally, for printing the frame, I played around with some settings, allowing me to do 0.20mm on most parts, but readjusting the sliver for 0.15mm where it makes sense. See the attached screenshot of my Prusa Slicer settings, if that's not possible, I think either a 0.20mm print will work just fine across the board. I did print the nu
