Saw this being sold, so as a mechanical engineer, decided to make my own and post it for free. Users are tricked, and this guy tricked them again. Took me 10 minutes to make it, wow.
On the Z axis, it's 1 cm, or 10 mm long. Scale the Z axis for how many mm you want it, for example 400% for 4 cm.

Infill: 100%
Layer height: 0.1 mm (approximately best layer adhesion)
