You may need to scale it to make it thicker. I had lines that would not come off at the proper thickness, so i scaled it up 50%, still no luck. I doubled the thickness and they came off no problem. i suggest starting thin to reduce the chance of damaging them. You should not need to pry on the ends if this tool is doing its job correctly. I also sanded the ramp section lightly to smooth out the layers. I included the Creo file if you want to make changes.
