htc tracker mount for XR elite

Clip to mount an htc lighthouse tracker to a Vive XR Elite for lighthouse tracking.

I'm using it with this fork of ovr space calibrator which has continuous calibration so the headset basically behaves as if it's lighthouse tracked: https://github.com/bdunderscore/OpenVR-SpaceCalibrator.

I'm also currently using alvr for streaming since it has an option to not pass the controllers to steamvr.

I printed it on it's side, with all the holes in the middle marked as no supports so only the bottom is supported.
