HTC Vive Wall Mount V3

Edit: This thing has problems. Having just one screw hole means it tends to spin around on the wall or crack. Better than the original I modified but I would look elsewhere for a long-term solution.

I found the original to be a bit brittle once printed, also by converting to a solid it saved about 2 hours of print time on the ender 5! (15% infill vs trying to make supports work)

Kept orientation same as original for comparison's sake, do not recommend printing in this orientation.
