Keyhole: with a keyhole slot.
20mmoc: with four holes in a 20mm grid.
Skadis 40mm: with two holes spaced at 40mm.
Holder keeps hub slightly away from wall for additional cooling.
Hub can be inserted in multiple orientations for best cable management.
