hue bulb cap

This is a cap for the hue bulbs, i designed it for my brother who made an app for the hue bulb s called hue disco.

I wanted to design a cap which will fall over the top of the hue bulb.
and where i can use the different colours of the hue bulb to project the word hue disco.

I designed a cap with fits over the bulb. made out of 2 parts.

The bottom part slides over the bottompart of the bulb and then can be clicked in the printed top part which fits over the toppart of the hue bulb.
Be carefull to not overpress the printed toppart on the huebulb or it can be cracked.

I printed the 2 parts in black and with a high infill. the letters hue disco i punched out on the top cap with fusion 360 and that made it possible to make a projector style hue bulb .

I also am designing a topcap where i am going to make a slot in, and where a bar with letters printed in blankfilament can be slide in sort as a neonsign.

The cap is also suitable for other designs like lampshades or ot
