The Hullguard Overseers are grim individuals amongst the fleets. Unwavering in their charge, they keep an unforgiving watch over the operations and necessary repairs of the fleet's vessels. While they stride the decks to observe minute imperfections in the engineers work, they often prefer to supervise the work from the skies, astride single dwarfed dirigibles, shouting their displeasure at the quality of repairs undertaken.
