HumDrum — Make Everything Dance! Hum into the spout. Watch the magic on top. HumDrum is a tiny acoustic vibration drum that runs on nothing but your voice. Hum, sing, or shout into the side spout and the sound travels into the chamber, vibrating the stretchy membrane on top — so whatever you place up there (a pom-pom, a bead, a little sheep, even a pinch of salt) springs to life and dances. No motors. No batteries. No electronics. Just you and a good "hummmm~". How it works Your voice is a pressure wave. When you hum into the spout, that wave fills the chamber and pushes against the thin membrane stretched across the top. The membrane bounces in time with your voice, and anything resting on it dances along. Hit the right pitch and it goes wild — it's basically a pocket-sized physics demo disguised as a toy. Assembly Print the body, the membrane ring and the spout Place the membrane on top opening of the body. Screw the ring down over the membrane. Set your object on the membrane.
