Humvee Stencil

The Humvee, officially known as the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), is a light, four-wheel-drive military truck introduced by AM General in 1984. Designed for rugged off-road performance, it became the backbone of U.S. military transportation, serving in conflicts from the Gulf War to Afghanistan. The Humvee gained prominence for its versatility, with variants used for troop transport, medical evacuation, and heavy weaponry. However, its vulnerability to roadside bombs in modern warfare led to the development of more heavily armored vehicles like the MRAP. Despite being phased out in some roles, the Humvee remains an enduring symbol of military mobility.
