Hunter Ceiling Fan Remote Holder

Purchased a refurbished Hunter ceiling fan and unfortunately it did not come with a wall mount holder for the remote. Instead of just buying one for an, frankly, astronomical price of $14, printed one out instead.
I found some online that were a simple box-like holder, but I wanted soemthign that looked near factory. So here it is.
