HVAC Vent Tool

I made this tool because the return vent in my home would hum whenever the HVAC was running. Everything I found online suggested using pliers to bend the louvers until the humming stopped. I didn’t like that solution because pliers can scratch the paint on the vent and don’t provide a consistent bend across the entire louver. So I designed this tool to hold the entire louver securely while it’s being bent. It keeps the louver straight and prevents damage to the finish. The STL file is oriented for printing without supports. This orientation provides maximum strength when bending the louvers, helping prevent the tool from snapping along the layer lines. I printed mine in PLA.
