HY300 Fixed Tilt Base

The HY300 projector can be tilted up or down to position the projected image on a wall or screen. Unfortunately, these adjustments aren't smooth—they occur in coarse steps because of detents in the tilting mechanism. In my experience, these preset positions rarely align the picture where I want it on my wall. My initial workaround was sticking something under the front edge of the base to fine-tune the angle, but this was both ugly and unstable. So I designed and 3D-printed this tilting platform in Fusion 360. It works well for me. Since my first print was slightly off-angle, I adjusted the model and reprinted it. I'm publishing both versions with slightly different angles, so hopefully one will work for your setup.
