Hybrid sheet-material + 3D printed box (parametric)

This is a box design that uses cut sheet and 3D printed parts where each excels.

The sides, top and bottom can be cut acrylic sheet, metal, or extruded tube.

The end(s) are 3D printed and come with drilling templates to place the screw holes which
hold the entire assembly together.

This box was designed to hold an adjustable power supply but can be customised for many purposes. You can use customizer to place up to 4 holes in each end cap.

The bosses into which screws are threaded are hemispherical, so that they print without requiring support.
