I split the tower and the cup to easy see the part needed...

The parts have a little code to understand wath pieces you need... and here one little example.

Base 80 ~ d-X ~ c-X ~ p-5 ~ v-100 :

80 = diameter of the tower
d-X = diameter of the cup that you can put in this part
c-X = number of cup that you can put in this part
p-5 = number of pin that connect one tower with the other
v-100 = diameter of the base

Tower 80 ~ d-30 ~ c-3 ~ p-5 ~ v-X

In this case you have a tower that can receive 3 cup of 30 mm of diameter that you can connect with the base Base 80 ~ d-X ~ c-X ~ p-5 ~ v-100 because have the same number of pin
