screw copper rods into the bottom of the cap and then connect 2 wires that are connected to a battery place them in the slits on the top so that they touch the rods then use the bolts to secure them in place. place distilled water w/ salt in the liquid holder screw cap on to it and place a 1/2 in. vinyl tubing in the extruded hole. will be developed more so that is is able to connect to a 4-stroke engine
