Hydrogen Generator Remix

This is a remix of Stoyano's Asteros (brilliant) Hydrogen Generator. Probably the best simple generator cell I've seen and much better than the designs I've made myself. Changes to his original needed to be made due to some slicer software not recognizing the shell as water-tight (STL compliant) even though STL checks are good in design software. Seems to be that tinkercad leaves some artifacts and does not line up polies well.

Removed the elbowed NPT barbed tube fitting seats. Remodeled for direct threading into shell. Still 1/4 in NPT threads, these fittings come in straight and elbowed varieties so this saves some filament and makes for a simpler design. Removing the elbows also made the cover more simple and symm
