Hydroponic Propogation Tray / Seed Starter Insert

Easy to use insert for a standard 185.42mm (7.3 freedom units) x 144.78mm (5.7 freedom units) seed starter / propagation tray to hold 23mm x 23mm grow plugs. I have a hydroponics tower and was finding it difficult to find a solution for starting seeds in a propagation tray that was cost effective because the grow plugs I prefer to use don't stand upright on their own. I already had the smaller propagation trays and didn't want to buy a costly new solution. Each tray will hold 31 plugs.
