I was asked to design a new one based on the original gear. The difficulty here was creating the helical gearing with the right module. After a long search, I found a program for this and reconstructed the gear wheel.
I initially printed it in PETG, but this material was also defective after a very short period of use.
The version in ABS with 100% filling withstood the long-term test.
Since my friend told me that there are no spare parts for this, apart from the complete drive, I could imagine that there are also one or the other interested person who also has this problem with his mobile home and has a solution for it seeks.
