A hyperbolic cuboctahedron I made in CAD. You can print it in halves and glue it together after printing to avoid use of any support structures. Just make sure they’re properly aligned first. It is possible to glue them the wrong way, so double-check before committing. (3MF Included) Print Settings I Used (Bambu Lab P1P): Nozzle: 0.4 mm Layer Height: 0.16 mm Infill: 10% gyroid, Supports: I've only printed this model in halves, which doesn’t require any supports. You might be able to print the full model in one piece using snug supports, but I haven’t tested that yet. Bottom Layer Patterns: If you're gluing the halves together, the pattern doesn't matter. Just pick something quick. If you're printing just one half and using a coextrusion filament like tri-color silk PLA, I recommend Hilbert Curve or Archimedean Chords for the best visual effect.
