Recently I went to print a model the was 171mm tall and unfortunately I never thought I'd want to print that tall when building the hypercube, But I spotted something that Tech2c missed (maybe). If you raise the top 2020 extrusion up above the vertical extrusions and remove the 20mm internal corner brackets you gain an extra 40mm of space and a potential 40mm of extra build height.
Here is where I ran into the next issue, attaching the corner brackets only allows for half of the gained space due to the XY joiner as the 10mm aluminium tube runs right below the top length of extrusion, I'm currently redesigning the XY joiners to allow the tube to run inside the frame and I'll release the files as soon as I know they work.
For now, I give you a free 20mm of build height!
There are two options (who does't love options) the first replaces all of the corner brackets and the second replaces two and you use a metal corner bracket on the top inside section between the X and Y extrusions.
