Hypercube Evolution XY Axis (Gates pulleys, no brass inserts)

Trying to put my entire Hypercube Evolution remix collection into one thing was getting cumbersome so I decided to split the project up into major assemblies.

XY Axis Remix Goals:
Utilize genuine Gates idler pulleys. Quality control on these appears to be MUCH better than the generic idlers but they are about 1mm wider and only come in 5mm bore.
Minimize/Eliminate needing supports.
No brass inserts.
