I took Tech2C's hypercube design and scaled it up a bit. I was aiming for a 16x16x16 build volume, but I wound up with a little bit smaller at a 14" x 14.5"x 13" build volume.
I printed all parts out (on a HICTOP 3DP11) with Hatchbox 1.75mm , PLA at 210°c with the build plate at 40°c.
50% fill, .25mm layer height 3 top, bottom and perimeter shells
Had to mirror the bed guide rails and lead screw for the front of the bed since my build plate was much heavier than the original design.
I plan or re-working this unit with longer 2020 framing, so I can get my full 16x16x16 build volume. When i ordered my 2020 extrusions, i got them precut at 20" each. I thought that would give me the 16x16 I wanted but I was wrong. I'm also going to re-print all the parts with PET-G filament.
