Hyperpixel 4.0 touch and Raspberry Pi 3B case

This thing contains the minimal set of modifications from the original and excellent case to allow me to use it with a Raspberry Pi 3B+. The charging and HDMI ports are modified and the USB/Ethernet are swapped round from the original which was designed for a Pi4.
