Lower portion of a dual (stacked) knob such as for the Vari-Mid iii bass controls. The knob on one I picked up used was cracked, so I printed a replacement.

(the photo is of an original lower knob which has a metal liner. The ones on my bass had narrower grooves, thus the smaller size on my model. Mine had a 2mm main indicator slot but the others were just 1mm in width. I didn't bother trying to figure out how to reproduce the liner or make an insert for it as it's too easy to print a new one or switch off between different colored knobs.)

There is a hole for a screw and all holes are slightly undersized. So you might need to run a rat-tail file slightly up the center if you don't want to do a really snug, force fit. Instead of using an allen-style machine screw which had narrow and not-too-deep threads, I took a very small high-thread plastic screw I had on-hand with a
